The estate
It has a surface area of 3,100 hectareas, which is the equivalent to 7,657 acres. Half of the surface is formed plains, which in Spain we denominate as ‘rañas’. These plains are intercalated by valleys, which occupied approximately the other half of the land.
The vegetation of the valleys accords to the type which is called Mediterranean Bush, made up of mostly cork tree, strawberry tree and jarales, and at the deep part where runs the stream grows the plants who need more humidity like oaks.
This singular topography of La Raña de Valdeazores is a space very varied and suitable for the game.
